Our Wedding

Kelly and Brendon met on Hinge in January 2019. They explored and enjoyed the DC area together for years, and they eventually moved in together in Silver Spring, Maryland in January 2023. Now that they get married this year, Kelly and Brendon are so excited and cannot wait to share their big day with you! Please see below for some moments from their relationship so far...

In 1999, the funniest, most ridiculous red-head in the world was born. Jack is Brendon's little brother, and when you get to know Jack, you'll notice that they have very similar interests and the exact same sense of humor. Brendon is honored to have Jack as his Best Man.

While Brendon and Cole are cousins, Cole is like Brendon's older brother. Cole was one of the first people Brendon ever met after he was born, and they have stayed extremely close ever since.

Cole Greenspan

Brendon and Sam are cousins who were in the same grade when they were growing up (and in the same cabin at sleepaway camp). In early high school, Brendon and Sam became best friends, getting into all sorts of shenanigans.

Ryan is one of Brendon's closest friends from college. They'd hang out every day when they lived in the house together, they've been on trips together, and they send each other memes or other funny/sports-related content all the time.

One of Brendon's best friends from college, Brendon and Butler lived together and became close through their love of sports, videogames, and movies. When the next big superhero movie comes out, you can be sure that Brendon and Butler will coordinate and travel to see it together.

Brendon's younger sister and Jake's younger sister became close friends when they were very little. About 15 years later, the Sterns and the Hermans are hanging out all the time. Brendon and Jack have now become like older brothers to Jake, and they are sure to talk to Jake at least a couple times a month while he is following his dream and working as a sports commentator.

As one of the first friends Kelly made after moving to PA, Alexis has been one of Kelly’s best friends for over 20 years! They grew up spending summers together at camp and, after high school, were roommates at Penn State. Kelly is honored to have Alexis stand by her side as her Maid of Honor.

Alexis Weaver

Taylor is Brendon’s younger sister, and she and Kelly met back when she was still in high school. After spending time living with the Sterns during Covid and going on many family trips together, Kelly and Taylor became super close. Kelly is so excited to have Taylor as a bridesmaid AND gain her as a sister this fall!

Taylor Stern

Rachel is one of Kelly’s younger cousins on their moms’ side, so Kelly has known Rachel her whole life. During her first semester of college, Kelly used to visit the Meyers’ house in NC almost every weekend, becoming very close with her cousins. She’s so excited to have Rachel with her on her big day.

Rachel Meyers

Leah is Kelly’s youngest cousin, so Kelly has known Leah since she was born. Kelly used to visit the Meyers’ house in NC almost every weekend during her first semester of college when she was in South Carolina and would spend a week each summer with them in Pennsylvania. Kelly’s so happy to have Leah as one of her bridesmaids this fall.

Leah Meyers

Demi and Kelly met through their service sorority at Penn State when Demi became Kelly’s big. Their shared love of animals (especially cats) and Penn State guaranteed they’d get along well. Even after school, they remained close, living only a few towns apart! Kelly is so excited to have Demi by her side on the big day.

Demi Lombardo

Julie is Kelly’s little from their service sorority days. They share a love of cats and of the Gaff, their favorite Penn State bar (#MeAtTheGaff), and have come together to celebrate their birthdays even though they’re no longer in the same state. Kelly is so happy to have Julie as a bridesmaid.
